Man Found Deceased

DETECTIVES have launched an investigation after a man was found deceased in Westcliff.
Officers were alerted to a disturbance taking place at block of flats in Balmoral Road shortly after 6am today, Friday 3 July.
A further call reported significant concern for a man outside the block.
Police arrived alongside emergency services colleagues and found a man had sadly died. His death is being treated as unexpected and is under investigation.
At this stage, no arrests have been made and investigation work is progressing, which includes taking statements from witnesses, carrying out door-to-door enquiries and CCTV checks.
A police statement said: “Anyone with information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
“We’re particularly interested in footage from in and around Grampian flats between 12am and 7am this morning.
