Endeavour’s Summer Reception

THE Endeavour Trust, who maintain Leigh’s beloved “Dunkirk Little Ship” are set to hold their annual summer reception this June.
The Summer Reception and Social will be held at Osborne’s Seafood on Friday, June 26 in Old Leigh.
The available options for the supper include fish and house fries, scampi and house fries, lemon and garlic boneless chicken leg with house fries, a sea platter for either two or four people served with house fries, or vegetable and halloumi skewers with house fries. All meals are accompanied by a bread roll and followed by strawberry Eton mess for dessert.
The event is open to all members and their friends and has become known as a consistently enjoyable and well-attended occasion.
This event is one of a number planned for 2026, the year that Endeavour celebrates her 100th anniversary year.
Tickets for the Summer Reception are priced at £25 per person and payment is preferably made by bank transfer or on the door.
