Concert For Havens

LEIGH voices will be joining together for a major festive fundraiser as the Orpheus Singers present Singing for Havens Hospices on Saturday 6th December 2025.
The event is the finale of a three-month project in which the choir invited new singers to join their established group in support of Havens Hospices.
The initiative proved successful, bringing together around 130 singers, who will perform alongside the Southend Wind Orchestra at Kings Road United Reformed Church, Westcliff.
Two concerts will take place – a 3pm matinee and a 7.30pm evening performance – with a programme packed full of Christmas music, songs and carols, plus plenty of audience participation.
Tickets, at £10 and £5 for children,n are already in high demand, so early booking is advised.
