Rochford Witness Appeal

investigating an assault in Rochford are asking for witnesses.
A police statement said: “We were notified of an assault at West Street at around 2.45pm on Tuesday 24 February in which it was reported that a man was struck on the head with a fire extinguisher.
“Officers attended the location and have arrested a man in connection with their investigation.
“If you have any information or footage in relation to this incident, or can help us locate the injured man, then please get in contact with us.
