Leigh On Sea News: Music Man Workshops – A MUSIC charity delivered two uplifting musical workshops for people in Hockley.
The Music Man Project visited Lift Plumberow Academy, who engaged pupils and students with interactive sessions designed to celebrate inclusive music making.
The school had fundraised to donate nearly £400 to the organisation, which supports people with learning disabilities through performance and music education.
The award-winning inclusive music charity was founded by David Stanley BEM from Leigh, back in 2000.
A spokesman for The Music Man Project said: “Two fantastic school workshops at the brilliant Lift Plumberow Academy in Hockley.
“The school raised nearly £400 for our charity and the pupils and staff were a joy to entertain!
“Well done everyone.”
