Milestone Celebration Concert

A SPECIAL one-off concert has been announced to support a local band who have reached a special milestone.
The very first ‘Leigh Folk Festival Signature Concert’ will be celebrating 20 years of The Long Run, one of the area’s most loved RnB folk rock bands.
A four-piece from Canvey Island, the band have now been playing their unique sound for two decades in gigs all over the country.
Remaining true to their south east Essex roots, they play regularly in Southend and are delighted to be featuring in this first-ever concert, which will also see them launch their brand new album.
Taking place on Friday, June 26th in the Leigh Library Gardens, with doors at 6pm, this special show sees The Long Run joined by friends and collaborators including Emerald Hill, Taylor Del Mundo, Rosie Barrett Dulake, and Bella Rose Manning — with a few surprises planned just for the night.
All proceeds from ticket sales will support Leigh Folk Festival and help continue to bring free arts, culture, and community celebration to the town.
Age minimum at the gig is 16, with tickets priced at £20 plus booking fee.
