21 Year Celebration

LEIGH’S Coulson James estate agents commemorated the momentous occasion of their 21st anniversary.

With a two-decade history of serving the local community, Coulson James had earned a reputation as a trusted name in the real estate industry, and to mark this milestone, Coulson James was delighted to host esteemed and famous guests at their premises on Friday, April 12, among them the MP for Southend West Anna Firth.

Guests enjoyed a cheese and wine reception at their central Broadway location opposite the Grand Hotel.

Ellis, the son of Scott Coulson –owners of Coulson James – said: “Around 100 people attended the celebration.

“It was great to celebrate such a milestone for the company.

“Being a family business of three generations, it means a lot to celebrate this with local residents, and thank customers past and present for their continued dedication to the company.”

As Coulson James reflected on their journey spanning the past two decades, they remain committed to ensuring continued excellence in service for many more years to come.

“We are looking forward to expanding, with perhaps another premises, and to being a central name in Leigh for decades to come,” added Ellis.
