A RESTAURANT in Leigh is the latest premisses to benefit from a lifesaving kit donation.

The Oakleigh on London Road received the bleed kit from The Seaside Partnership.

Martyn Warne, General Manager at The Oakleigh, greeted Nick Singer, as the partnership carried on their lifesaving work.

the kit contains first aid resources to patch a wound, and is part of the organisation’s aims to prevent deaths from knife crime.

A spokesperson for the organisation said: “Another win for community safety!

“The Seaside Partnership, alongside Leigh and Southend Pubwatch, has successfully placed another lifesaving bleed kit.

Nick Singer met with Martyn Warne, General Manager at The Oakleigh, to deliver their kit!

“As always, thank you to Julie Taylor of The Liam Taylor Legacy – RIP Fish, for continuing to raise awareness and supplying these kits.”
