NEW neighbourhood teams to be showcased at an Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) public meeting.
Everyone is welcome to attend the Trust’s Board of Directors meeting at 10am on Wednesday 1 October at The Lodge, Lodge Approach, Runwell, SS11 7XX.
Close to home specialist care provided by the new neighbourhood teams at the EPUT will be showcased at the meeting.
It will begin with a presentation about neighbourhood teams across west Essex helping people stay well by identifying physical and mental health problems earlier, and providing support that prevents problems becoming more serious.
There will also be a chance to hear about other work taking place across EPUT to transform their services so that patients receive the best care to suit their personal needs.
