Charity Networking Walks

A LEIGH-based cancer charity has launched a new initiative bring professionals together in a relaxed and nature-based setting.
Lady McAdden Cancer Trust held its first Networking Walk this January at Belfairs Woods.
A spokesperson said: “Our very first Networking Walk was such a success.
“Relaxed conversations, fresh air, and inspiring women coming together whether running their own businesses or playing powerful roles within others.
“There’s something special about connecting while walking in nature.
“No stuffy rooms. No awkward small talk. Just genuine chats, movement, and meaningful connections and that’s what makes our networking walks different.”
The next event will take place on Thursday 26th February 2026 at 10am. The walk aims to foster new relationships, and offer space for reflection and support.
