RAYLEIGH Council’s reception has relocated to the Mill Arts and Events Centre.
On Monday, February 2, the Civic Suite on Hockley Road closed, moving to the popular community amenity.
Residents can go to reception area at Mill Hall for information and general enquires as well as scanning documents for specific departments between the reception’s opening hours of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm.
To contact Rochford District Council out of those opening hours, call 01702 318111 or 318191 or visit rochford.gov.uk to speak to the customer services team via their live chat function, weekdays between 8.30 am and 5 pm.
The Citizens Advice service has already relocated from the Civic Suite to Mill Hall and is available at its new home Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 am and 12 noon.
Residents can drop in between these hours for free, independent and confidential advice.
