The launch of a new Cocktail bar called Brooke’s Bar is set to take place on on Saturday 6th June in Leigh.
Crystal Rock Co began with a simple vision — to create more than just a shop.
Oliver, company boss, said: “We wanted to build a space where people could come to relax, connect, recharge, and experience something different from the ordinary high street environment.
“What started as a passion for crystals, spirituality, wellbeing, and community has gradually evolved into a unique lifestyle destination in Leigh-on-Sea, blending crystals, coffee, atmosphere, creativity, and now cocktails through the launch of Brooke’s Bar.
“Over the past few years we’ve worked hard to build Crystal Rock Co into a welcoming and inclusive space with a strong focus on energy, positively, conversation, and experience. The support from the local community has been incredible and has allowed us to continue growing and expanding our vision.”
The newest chapter is Brooke’s Bar, created alongside Oliver’s daughter Brooke, who he said: “has become heavily involved in helping shape the new cocktail lounge concept.”
Adding: “Together, we wanted to create something that feels exciting, atmospheric, and different — combining premium cocktails, soulful energy, hidden snug seating areas like ‘The Zen Den,’ signature drinks, music, and a relaxed late-night vibe within the Crystal Rock Co setting.”
Following a hugely successful pre-launch evening, Brooke’s Bar will officially hold its main launch event on Saturday 6th June from 5pm until late. The evening will feature signature cocktails including the Moon Phase collection, Manifestation, Gin-O-Bliss, and the Crystal Rock Ca-Co Martini, alongside 2-for-1 selected cocktails and a surprise mystery cocktail reveal.
Oliver said: “The response so far has been overwhelming, and we’re excited to continue building something special for the local community — a place where people can enjoy good drinks, good vibes, and good company all under one roof.”
