A RAYLEIGH driver who refused to provide a blood test after being stopped by police have been banned from the road for more than three years.
Nathan Beales, 27, of Saint Claire Meadow was asked to provide a blood sample in Southend on July 15, 2022.
Beales denied the offence at Southend Magistrates Court in late June, and magistrates banned him from driving for 14 months.
He must complete 120 hours of unpaid work.
Beales was also ordered to pay £114 victim services charge and £135 prosecution costs
