THE Mill Arts & Events Centre in Rayleigh has reopened to the public.
The building had been temporarily closed during the day on weekdays to allow works to take place to replace the fire alarm system. With some works still to be completed, fire marshals will remain on site to ensure the safety of users and staff in the building and to protect the building.
The first floor also remains unavailable for bookings until the final works are completed.
