A LOCAL community group are running a Youth Champion Programme this spring.

Southend YMCA are calling for applications to their scheme, which starts in March 2024.

The scheme is open for ages 13-18, and aims to encourage vison, wellbeing, leadership, and skills.

A spokesperson says: “Let’s shape the leaders of tomorrow!

“An eight-month journey awaits!”
