CWRA Annual Lunch

A LOCAL community group held an annual lunch in Chalkwell with special guests from local government alongside the Deputy Lieutenant of Essex.

Chalkwell Ward Residents Association (CWRA) held the event at Chalkwell Park Rooms, Westcliff.

CWRA Secretary Jane Hendry said: “Nearly 50 members and their friends were joined on a sunny afternoon by guest speaker Tim Gocher, Deputy Lieutenant of Essex, another Chalkwell Resident, and were also pleased to welcome all three Chalkwell councillors, including Southend Mayor, Coun Stephen Habermel and his wife, Tracy, the Mayoress.”
