Banned From Roads

A MAN from Westcliff who failed to hand over evidence to police has been banned form the roads.

 Jacob Breuer, of Palmeira Avenue, did not give information to Cheshire Police relating to the driver of a Volvo who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on May 13.

 The offence was proved via the single justice procedure at Warrington Magistrates’ Court and Breuer was banned from driving for six months.

 The 58-year-old was also fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and prosecution costs of £90.
