SE ESSEX Organic Gardeners’ next meeting is on Monday 20 January, starting at 20:00.
Entitled “How Regenerating Soil & Plant Health Can Create ‘Buffers’ Against Climatic Changes”
Presented by John Metcalf: Founder of Sow & Grow Regenerative, Regional & Grow Your Own Ambassador for Peoples Food & Farming Alliance. The meeting will take place at At Trust Links Rochford, Trust Links House, College Gardens, Rochford SS4 1YL
Parking is available at Trust Links House. Non-members: Donation £2 (suggested minimum)
A spokesperson said: “Join us for an evening of organic gardening insights!”
Seed potato day, in partnership with Trust Links, will take place on Saturday 8 February, 11:00-14:00 also at Trust Links Rochford.
A spokesperson added: “More than 20 varieties of seed potato, some organic, sold individually per potato tuber.
“Plus onion sets, shallots, pea and bean seeds, potato fertiliser and chicken pellets. Card payments are now available. We will still accept cash.”
Free admission! Refreshments and lots of friendly help and advice, especially for beginners will be available.
