Braving The Heat

DEDICATED litter pickers helped clear areas of the local district.

 Rochford District Litter Pickers braved the heat to pick rubbish in Ashingdon, Hockley, Hawkwell and surrounding areas.

 A spokesperson said: “we have found loads of rubbish and broken glass in all the areas we covered.

 “Unusual items include sunglasses, cap, money, electrical items, L plate, vapes and bicycle light Lots of cans and bottles and items recycled.

“Well done everyone, our local areas certainly benefited greatly from our hard work.”
