 Zinc Menswear, on Leigh Broadway, closed its doors without any explanation 18 months ago.

 Clothes were left hanging in the large front window, amidst enquiries and calls for a resolution to the underused spot on the busy Broadway.

 Now, the premises has finally been cleared, and put on the market by estate agent Ayers and Cruiks.

The agent is marketing the location as a good business opportunity, allowing a potential owner to capitalise on “significant pedestrian and vehicular activity”.

 Traders on the Broadway have recently criticised the lack of available parking, and its effects on business.
