Businesses’ Winter Fuel Donation

A RAYLEIGH estate agency has stepped in to help elderly residents struggling with rising living costs.

 In a heart-warming act of community support, Elliott & Smith Estate Agency in the High Street are pledging to provide a £300 financial contribution to assist any elderly person facing hardship during the colder months, with the hope that other local businesses will follow suit.

As the firm, founded by Steve Smith and Dean Elliott in 2014, celebrates 10 years, this one-off support is aimed at helping vulnerable residents manage their heating costs, which are expected to rise significantly as winter approaches.

  Steve Smith also expressed his hope that other local businesses would also offer this contribution, urging them to step up and support their communities.
