A LOCAL rail firm donated lost property to a charity for people experiencing homelessness.
c2c Rail donated over 50 bags of lost property to HARP, who also confirmed they are to receive a monthly donation from the rail firm.
Representatives from c2c visited the premises of HARP to donate the goods and learn more about their work.
A spokesperson from HARP said: “We’d like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at c2c Rail for choosing HARP to receive a generous donation made up of items from lost property.
“A whopping 56 bags of items were donated from Alice and Amandeep, who also took a tour of our services. We will also now be doing a monthly collection with them.
Thanks so much to the team at C2C for thinking of local people experiencing homelessness!”
