Care Home’s BBQ

A CARE HOME in Westcliff welcomed residents, their families, friends, and the local community for a lively summer BBQ.
Crowstone House, part of the Runwood Homes group, was filled with music and laughter as people came together to enjoy the home’s Annual Fete.
Guests tried their luck at the tombola, raffle, and bric-a-brac stall, while the ice cream van proved a firm favourite on the warm afternoon.
The celebrations continued with karaoke, where residents, relatives, staff, and visitors joined in with well-loved songs.
A spokesperson for Crowstone House said: “The day’s success was made possible by the hard work and dedication of the Crowstone House team, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to organising the event.
“The home would also like to extend its sincere thanks to the families and friends who attended and helped make the occasion so memorable.
“Most importantly, heartfelt thanks go to the wonderful residents, whose enthusiasm, laughter, and smiles made the day truly special.”
