A LEIGH-based charity which is a trial blazer in fighting breast cancer is opening its boutique dress shop in Southend.
Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Trust, based in Elmsleigh Drive has opened a boutique dress shop selling dresses and accessories in the Royals shopping centre in Southend High Street.
“Gowns for Good” will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10 am to 4pm.
The clothes on sale have been donated by bridal boutiques Chantilly Lace, Blue Bow Boutique and Del Tailors, sold at a fraction of their usual retail price, with proceeds going towards the Lady McAdden Trust’s fund and awareness raising efforts.
