Leigh Town Council Chairman Keith Evans chose Gold Geese as his charity of the year and is holding the special night to raise funds for the charity.

He said: “Do you remember the Old Vienna oompah nights?

“If so come and relive with us at the German band oompah charity fundraiser on Saturday March 25 in aid of Gold Geese.”

Coue Vans added: “This is fun for the whole family, singalong, dancing, games and prizes for the best dressed (optional) and raffle. Put your best outfit and join the fun (optional).”

The evening will begin at 7pm and last until 10 pm. Doors open at 6:30, bar and refreshments available.
