Charity Shop Returns

LEIGH Lions Club have announced the return of their ‘much-loved’ charity shop.

 Club President, Tim Watts, said: “We’ve found new premises at 1719 London Road, near French’s Chemists, and almost opposite our old shop. 

 “As before, we are run entirely by volunteers and will be selling a familiar range of pre-loved items. Proceeds will help us support many more local causes, in addition to the direct assistance we continue to provide the people of Leigh and Southend.

 “Open Monday-Friday 10-4 and Saturday 10-1, pop in and see us to buy, donate or just for a chat.”
