THE Southend Confelicity Party, the City’s newest political party, held a Manifesto debate to discus pledges it will include in its manifesto, for the 2024 Local Elections.
The fledgling party intends to field 17 candidates around the city including, Tris Bembridge who will be standing in the Chalkwell Ward, James Miller who will be standing in Leigh, Simon Jones in Prittlewell and Sim Spooner will stand in Eastwood Park.
During the meeting the party discussed a number of issues they felt were important in helping to make Southend City a better place to live, work and visit.
The party is constantly on the look out for new members and supporters, and particularly they still need to find candidates to stand in some of the other city wards.
