Education Firm’s Award

AN INNOVATIVE Rayleigh company that provides imaginative historical re-enactment sessions has won an award at a prestigious technology exhibition.

Time Capsule Education was presented with an award for “best creative writing and film content” by children’s author Michel Rosen.

The firm was chosen by students from across the country who attended Bett UK in London.

Time Capsule Education was formed in 2015 to help schools develop the writing of pupils through digital scenarios and historical scenes, with content from spy missions to pirate ships.

Katy Potts, of kids judge but colour said: “To receive a seal of approval from the very children you seek to help is the ultimate recognition.”

60 children from across the UK explored a shortlist of the hundreds of educational technology exhibitors on display at the exhibition.
