Festive Children’s Events

THIS Christmas, Leigh Town Council has a whole host of exciting festive events for youngsters to enjoy.

Santa’s elves have delivered a magical post-box to the Centre at 71 to 73 Elm Road so that children can deliver their letter to Father Christmas. Simply go along, until December 15, to deliver your letter.

Santa’s post-box will also be ready to receive the letters, and the council have been assured that he will reply to every single one.

Youngsters can also enjoy a Christmas card workshop, where they can get creative and make festive cards with expert help from The Art Ministry.

Two sessions are available on Saturday December 16, from one until 1:45 pm and from two until 2:45 pm.

The cost is £2.50 plus booking per child, and is suitable for children aged 3 and above.
