‘Food’ On TV

A LEIGH restaurant is featuring on a food programme premiering on TV’s Food Network this February.

Health eatery ‘Food’ at 92 Leigh Road will appear in Michel Roux’s new series ‘Roux down the River’.

In this new series, legendary chef Michel Roux journeys down the River Thames exploring the delicious food and the people who live and work on its banks, cooking his own exciting recipes along the way.

The series has five episode that started on February 2.

The Leigh episode will air on Thursday February 29 at 9pm on the culinary channel.

A spokesperson from Food said: “We are beyond excited to be featured in Michel Roux’s new series ‘Roux down the River’.

Food Network is found on Freeview Channel 42, Sky 140, Virgin 285, Freesat 148 and streamed on discovery+.
