BELFAIRS Woodland Centre are hosting their family-friendly dog show on May 18.

The annual dog show promises a fun afternoon in aid of Essex Wildlife Trust.

There will be rosettes for the top six dogs in each class and a “Best In Show”.

The Classes will be Best Veteran (over 7 years); Best Puppy (6-12 months); Best Junior Handler (under 18 years of age); Best Condition’ Prettiest Bitch; Handsomest Dog; Dog The Judge Would Most Like To Take Home, and Best In Show (winners of all classes only).

A spokesperson said: “Join us here at Belfairs Woodland Centre for our Annual Dog Show!

“Join us and help support Essex Wildlife Trust!”

Cost is £3 per dog per class, and all dogs must be over six months. Entry is on the day, with registration from 11 am. The show starts at 1pm. The Centre will be open for refreshments all day.
