Lovely Libby’s won Independent Gift Retailer of the year 2023

A RAYLEIGH gift shop scooped an award at a prestigious award ceremony, hosted by The Greats Gift Retailer Awards.

Lovely Libby’s, which is a firm favourite with shoppers in the town, won Independent Gift Retailer of the year 2023 in the London, South, South East & East Anglia region this May.

Libby, who own’s the shop, attended a glittering event at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. She said: “I still can’t believe we came home with the win in this unbelievable category, I feel very proud of my small business, all of which I couldn’t have won without my amazing team at Lovely Libby’s.

“I’d like to dedicate this award to our amazing loyal customers – thank you for shopping local and supporting your highstreets – we wouldn’t be here without you, whether that’s purchasing a last minute gift in the shop, popping in for a coffee and slice of cake in our tearoom, tuning into our live videos on social media or shopping online on our website, it all makes a big difference to a small business like mine.”
