A LAUNCH party was held at the Boat Yard in Old Leigh, celebrating the restoration of Leigh’s Grand Hotel.
The event was attended by Southend’s Mayor and mayoress, Southend West MP, Anna Firth and many other guests.
During the evening a promotional video was shown, which showcased the 18 One and Two bedroom apartments, which are now for sale through Home Estate Agents, Leigh.
