Love is in the air!

THE postbox knitter known as ‘Leigh’s Banksy’ has created her latest seasonal offering for the town.

Linda Catling has knitted a Valentine’s Day post box topper stopper for her local box on Marine Parade, featuring a romantic scene of a couple getting married.

The red white and black knitted scene also bears the words ‘be my valentine’. Linda, pictured in Valentine red jumper next to her latest knitting creation, said the topper was a: “Gentle reminder that Valentine’s Day is on its way!”
