A LEIGH-based music charity has visited Italy to sing with a partner choir.
David Stanley, founder of The Music Man Project, which provides musical education for people with additional learning needs, visited Milan to join their “amazing global partner”.
A spokesperson for Music Man Project said: “David spent two fantastic days with our amazing global partner, Allegro Moderato in Milan.
“Huge thanks to their founder Luca and his team for their beautiful Italian welcome.
“David taught Music Man songs to their wonderful choir and was incredibly impressed by their hard work, stamina and professionalism – and their English.
“David was also treated to some of their great repertoire in return, which we will share with our UK network.
“Allegro Moderato and The Music Man Project share the same values and approach to music education and performance, and we look forward to collaborating together in the future.”
