Crossover

SOUTHEND Council has granted conditional permission for residents to layout hardstanding to the front of 55 Leigh Road to form a new vehicle crossover.

 

Loft

CONDITIONAL permission has been granted for a loft conversion in Westcliff.

Applicants applied with an amended proposal to install dormers to the sides of 19 Leasway to form habitable accommodation in the roof, and to demolish the existing garage and erect a single storey side rear extension, to form an entrance with a canopy to front and side.

 

 

Change of use

CONDITIONAL permission has been granted for a change of use from offices to a self-contained dwelling in Leigh.

Applicants applied to erect a first-floor rear extension and roof terrace with a glazed balustrade, and to relocate the external staircase, at the rear of 85 Broadway.

CONDITIONAL permission has been granted for a single storey rear extension at 14 Buxton Avenue, Leigh.

Applicants also applied to install PV panels to the existing pitch roof to the side, and to replace the patio to the rear and alter elevations.

SOUTHEND Council has refused an amended proposal to erect a part single part two storey rear extension with balcony to the first floor of a home in Leigh.

Applicants applied to also install a single storey side extension and alter existing rear dormer, at 32 Sutherland Boulevard.
