THE over-60s Social Club at Leigh Community Centre has new activities lined up.
Join them on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 12pm to 1.30pm at the Donald Fraser Hall.
The venue is fully accessible, with ramps and a disabled toilet. The club is a hub for socialising, learning, and staying active.
Enjoy new friendships, skill-building, and mental stimulation with diverse activities each session. Lunch is included for £5 per person, featuring engaging talks and workshops.
Upcoming on May 15, Lauren Hollas presents “Veolia Recycling” with jacket potato, beans, and tuna lunch.
On May 29, Simon Deacon takes everyone on a journey “Down Memory Lane” in Leigh.
On June 19 join Malcolm Lawson for a drawing and sketching workshop, followed by sausage mash and onions lunch.
To secure your spot for lunch, advance booking is required.
Please inform the centre of any dietary requirements or allergies by calling the number below.
For those not dining, entry is £2, no booking needed. Hot drinks and biscuits are provided. All are welcome.

Unfortunately, the centre cannot offer transport or respite care, but caregivers are encouraged to join attendees.
