THE ‘Show-Up’ troop are bringing their innovative production of Cinderella to the Mill Arts and Events Centre (Mill Hall), in Rayleigh on 4th and 5th January.
Brim full of comedy, the pantomime is set in a sewing shop being visited by a handsome prince, but Cinderella’s mean old aunt, played by comedian Sherry Fuller, hatches a plan to shroud the village in darkness forever!
With the help of her Fairy Godmother, Cinderella meets her prince, but can you help her save the village?
The all female cast includes spoken word artist Trigger Bliss (Cinderella), film actress Bri Malaiki (the Prince), singer Louisa Strachan (Fairy Godmother), stand up comedian and actor Rosie Connolly (Mr Buttons), and multi talented dancer and actor Eleanor Stranders. The Panto has been written and directed by Rachel Dingle.
Cinderella will be performed at The Mill on Saturday 4th January at 7pm and Sunday 5th January 2pm plus a special ‘saucy’ performance at 7pm on Sunday (adults only on that one!).
Tickets are £19 or £65 for a family ticket of four.
