Crossover

SOUTHEND Council has received plans requesting permission to extend the existing vehicle crossover onto Eastwood Road North at 186 Eastwood Road North, Leigh.

 

Extension

AMENDED plans have been filed with Southend Council, requesting permission to erect a single storey side and rear extension, to convert the front part of the garage 35 Flemming Avenue Leigh into habitable accommodation with altered elevations.

 

Flats

SOUTHEND Council has received amended plans requesting permission to demolish a building in Westcliff and replace it with nine self-contained flats.

The application request to knock down the building at Elkington House, 9 Imperial Avenue, and replace it with a three-storey building, with associated amenity space and parking

 

Outbuilding

PLANS have been filed with Southend Council, requesting permission to erect an outbuilding in Westcliff.

The plans, submitted by the charity Off the Streets, request the permission so they can add an outbuilding to the rear of The Trinity, at 3 Trinity Avenue.

 

First Floor

PLANS have been filed with Southend Council, requesting permission to erect a first floor to the single storey dwelling at 14 St Helen’s Road, Westcliff.

 

Loft

SOUTHEND Council has received plans requesting permission to convert a loft into habitable accommodation.

The plans, for 161 Carlingford Drive, Westcliff, include erecting a single storey rear extension, in addition to a hip to gable roof extension with dormers to the front and rear.

 

Crossover

SOUTHEND Council has received plans requesting permission to layout hardstanding to the front of a Leigh property to install a vehicle crossover.

The plans are 60 Grange Road.

 

Convert

PLANS have been filed with Southend Council, requesting permission to convert two existing self-contained flats at 44 Marine Parade, Leihg, into one dwellinghouse with altered side elevations.
