Trust Links welcomed volunteers from the NHS to help plant vegetables and wild flowers in their therapeutic garden.

A spokesperson for the Trust said: “We had some fantastic volunteering from NHS staff this week.

“The team got stuck into potting vegetable plants, and planting wildflowers and a dogwood hedgerow

Thank you and what a job well done.”

Trust Links are a Westcliff-based charity with the aim of supporting and inspiring people, through gardening, classes, wellbeing sessions, social activates and training.

The spokesperson added: “There are lots of ways to support our mental health and wellbeing projects, whether it’s volunteering, like this brilliant group, starting a fundraiser, or as simple as making a quick, valuable donation on our website. Every pound helps us to provide our projects across Essex.”
