PUPILS at a Leigh school achieved top marks for the fourth year in a row in a prestigious dramatic arts exam.
Pupils at St Michael’s School in Hadleigh Road took part in LAMDA (The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) exams, and surpassed themselves by all achieving a distinction.
For the fourth year in a row, the pupils of St Michael’s who took the LAMDA exam found out that they had surpassed themselves and had all achieved a Distinction; an incredible achievement!
Teachers Mrs Thomas and Mrs Russell said: “We are so delighted for the children; they have been a pleasure to direct.
“To see their commitment, enthusiasm and creativity pay off with Distinctions all round, is a testament to their hard work. We are extremely proud of them.”
