Rayleigh Charity Calendar

A LOCALLY-THEMED calendar has raised over £4,000 for charity.

More than 500 Rayleigh 2024 calendars, featuring depictions of local scenes by artist Kathryn Cooper, have been bought.

The £4,021 will be split between Lady MacAdden Breast Cancer Charity Trust, and the Rayleigh Town Museum.

Town councillor chairman Danielle Belton said: “During my time as chair I am committed to raising vital funds for Lady MacAdden as breast cancer support is a cause close to my mine and many other’s hearts.

“I am so grateful to everyone that helped with this project and especially those who purchased one of the lovely calendars.”

The calendars are available to purchase from Rayleigh Town Museum priced £8.
