A MOTORIST caught driving in Rochford whilst drunk has been banned from the roads for almost 4 years.
Francis Kulas, of Coleman Street, Southend, was found driving a Mercedes in Leicester Avenue Rochford with 89 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The limit for driving is 35.
The 46-year-old admitted the offence at Chelmsford magistrates court on December 6 and has now been banned from driving for three years and 10 months.
He has been fined £253 in order to pay surcharge of £101 with cost of £105
