‘Tranquillity’, an exhibition of twilight and seasonal photographs by Frank Carter in support of the Dame Vera Lynn Memorial Statue Fund, will be accompanied by singing from Leigh Orpheus Singers on Monday April 17 at 7.30 pm.

The exhibition will be open from Monday 17 to Tuesday 18, 12 noon – 9 pm.

Mr Carter explains: “My exhibition is based around the themes of the River Thames at twilight from Hammersmith Pier to Tower Bridge, as well as scenes from Leigh and Southend.

“It also concerns the four seasons – winter, spring, summer, autumn, sunsets, as well as reflections in water, giant sepia effect prints of Covent Garden, and red arrows flying over Windsor Castle in 2021.

“The exhibition is in memory of Sir David Amess MP.”

Drinks, including tea and coffee can be purchased from the Bar. Admission to the exhibition is free, and donations can be made to support the Dame Vera Lynn Memorial Fund.

Mr Carter added: “I look forward to welcoming you to my next exhibition in the Cliffs Pavilion.”
