Special Preview Performance

MEMBERS of a Leigh Music charity gave a special preview performance of their upcoming Broadway show.
The Music Man Project, founded by David Stanley, BEM will perform their show ‘Music is Magic on Broadway – The Story of The Music Man Project’ on October 7.
The Music Man Project, an award-winning music education charity for people with learning disabilities, dedicating their show to the memory of their patron, the late Sir David Amess MP.
Before setting off, they held a special preview performance at Eastwood Academy.
A spokesperson for The Music Man Project said: “This was our last rehearsal before 16 wonderful global ambassadors, the MMP Band and the MMP singers all fly to New York to perform in memory of our late President Sir David Amess.
“Huge thanks to Eastwood Academy for hosting us and to everyone who came to cheer us on.
“The feedback was wonderful and we can’t wait to perform at the Town Hall and the United Nations in New York.”
