ENJOY a summer treat with the Palace Theatre Summer Youth Project’s (SYP) production of The Addams Family.

Be enchanted by a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story, running at the Pace between August 8 and 11, with matinée and evening performances.

Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family– a man her parents have never met.

The story follows Wednesday, and her cooky family along with an abundance of the Addams Family Ancestors!

Now in its 15th year, the SYP is for young people aged between 9 and 19 with a passion for performing, or a keen eye for backstage.

An SYP spokesperson says: “We take over the Palace Theatre for 2 weeks over the summer holidays where we create, rehearse, and perform 6 unforgettable performances of a well-known and loved musical to live audiences, led by a professional Creative and Technical Team!”
