Trust Links Cycling Day

A WESTCLIFF-based mental health charity has thanked a business for helping members build up confidence through cycling.

Trust Links held a cycle day with REACH members through Hadleigh Country Park, supported by the team at Hadleigh Park Cycles.

A spokesperson for the charity said: “Thank you to Hadleigh Park Cycles.

“The wonderful team have been absolutely brilliant, taking REACH members around Hadleigh Park and helping them to build confidence around cycling.

“Everyone is really excited to further develop their skills while joining you in upcoming sessions.”

Trust Links provide a range of mental health support in Essex, with projects for adults, young people and families.

With ‘Growing Together’ gardens in Westcliff, Thundersley, Rochford, Shoeburyness and beyond, their activities include therapeutic gardening, recovery classes, social activities, employment training, environmental workshops and more.
