A WEST End theatre and TV actor is holding a theatre course for children and adults in Leigh.

Ricky Champ, who lives locally, and was born in Southend, is running the acting course for stage and screen at Expressions Theatre Arts in Leigh.

Six classes across six weeks from March to April with Mr Champ, who has a BA Hons in acting theatre on TV, will give participants insight into his professional process, with 20 years of experience and 50 stage and screen credits.

Mr Champ, 45, has appeared in things ranging from EastEnders, Game of Thrones, Him and Her and the Witcher on Netflix.

In the course, you can learn how to approach a scene, work on breaking down script, line learning, building confidence, and most importantly, have fun.
