Vulcan VIP Day

AVIATION fans will be given the opportunity to exclusively access the legendary Southend airport Vulcan at a VIP event in Southend airport.

 The Vulcan restoration trust, who care for the XL426, are putting on the VIP event on November 18.

Visitors to the event will be offered a guided tour of the aircraft before climbing into the cockpit to sit in either the pilot or co-pilot seat, an exclusive event only available on this exclusive VIP day.

 The event will include a behind-the-scenes look at the workshops and engineering activities not normally seen by the public, giving a true -up view of the jet’s inner workings.

 The event starts at 9:30 am with a welcome presentation as well as tea and coffee and biscuits. Tickets must be booked in advance, and the maximum number of visitors within each visit will be nine.
