WESTCLIFF High School for Boys (WHSB) concluded the summer term with some sporting achievements.
The Year eight cricket team wrapped up the season on a triumphant note by securing victory in the Borough League Cup, boasting an unbeatable record throughout the tournament.
This achievement builds upon their previous success in Year 7, where they also emerged victorious in the Borough League Cup.
Notably, the current Year 7 cricket team also made an exceptional mark by maintaining an unbeaten streak and clinching victory in their respective Borough League Cup competition this year.
The under-13’s enjoyed success too, by winning their age group’s Borough Cup in a “very close” final match.
In a Facebook post, Westcliff High School for Boys said: “We congratulate all our talented team members, and the staff in the physical education department who have supported them with their training and preparation.
“We wish all our pupils, parents and staff an enjoyable and restful summer holiday break.”
